Neil and Soly debrief Manufacturers' Golf and Country Club located in Fort Washington, PA. Manufacturers' is a 1925 William Flynn design overlooking the Sandy Run Creek outside Philadelphia. Michael Keiser, Jr., owner of the Sand Valley Golf Resort and son of Bandon Dunes Golf Resort owner Mike Keiser, joins the pod to catch up on the latest developments at Sand Valley, Bandon Dunes and the recreation of the Lido Golf Course. Michael also details the family's philosophy around golf development and his upbringing in the golf business as a caddie and agronomy staff member at Bandon Dunes.

Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth, TX was founded in 1936 by Marvin Leonard with the intent to have healthy bentgrass greens. To get the job done, Mr. Leonard hired John Bredemus to design the course located on the South bank of the Trinity River. Later, the club brought in Perry Maxwell to fine tune the routing and improve the course. Colonial is the annual host to a PGA Tour event dating back to 1946. It has also hosted multiple USGA Championships and is the home club of nearby TCU Golf teams. The club recently approved a course restoration project which will be led by Gill Hanse, DJ and Cody dive in and discuss the history, routing, layout, and fun that is Colonial Country Club. Enjoy!
